Terms and Conditions of Delivery
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through Kuoppa Oy’s online store (Business ID: 2109974-0) within Finland and the EU area.
Products in the online store are sold to private individuals of legal age as well as to companies.
Kuoppa Oy reserves the right to change prices and delivery terms without prior notice.

2. Ordering
Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing payment at checkout.
An order confirmation will be sent by email, including details of the ordered products, prices, and delivery information.
An order becomes binding once the customer has accepted and paid for it.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided at the time of ordering (name, address, email, and phone number) is correct.

3. Prices
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include value-added tax (VAT 24%) unless otherwise indicated.
We reserve the right to adjust prices and to correct any typographical or technical pricing errors.

4. Payment Methods
The available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment service provider, such as Paytrail Oyj (or another selected provider), which acts as an intermediary between the customer and the merchant.

5. Delivery and Delivery Time
Orders are delivered via Posti, Matkahuolto, or another chosen delivery service.
The normal delivery time is 2–7 business days from receipt of the order, unless otherwise stated for the specific product.
If an item is out of stock or delivery is delayed, the customer will be notified by email.

6. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs depend on the size, weight, and delivery method of the order.
All delivery costs are displayed at checkout before confirming the order.

7. Exchange and Return Policy
Private customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
Before returning a product, please contact us by email at mari@kuopantila.fi.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to a faulty product or an incorrect delivery.

8. Complaints and Defective Products
If a product is defective or incorrect, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by email or phone.
We will agree on a replacement, return, or refund on a case-by-case basis.
